Admissions Application

3. If your child is entering Grades 1-8, you must submit a copy of the most
recent report card with your application.
4. If your child has an IEP, please submit with your application.
5. If your child is entering Gan, you will be asked to sign a Gan Enrollment and
Nursery Aleph Commitment when you register.
6. Someone from Admissions will contact you to arrange an interview for your
child after receipt of application and report card. ALL children (including
Early Childhood) must be interviewed by the appropriate admissions
personnel. Interviews for incoming K-8 will consist of General and Judaic
questions.
7. Your child’s immunizations and physical exams must be up to date in
order to be admitted to Silverstein Hebrew Academy. There are no
exceptions.
8. If you require tuition assistance, please request our tuition assistance
application link by emailing Adena Canter at [email protected] within 2
weeks of receiving your acceptance letter. This application must be
submitted online within 2 weeks of your acceptance in order to be
considered for financial aid.
